3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the mental capacity to create an LPA
- Be a resident of England or Wales (LPAs created through our service are valid only in England and Wales)
4. Your Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Pricing and Payment
Our current pricing is clearly displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
In addition to our service fee, you will need to pay the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) registration fee directly to the OPG. Current OPG fees are displayed on our website but are set by the government and may change.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- If you cancel before we begin processing your LPA documents
- If we are unable to provide the service for any reason
- If your LPA is rejected due to an error on our part
OPG registration fees are paid directly to the government and are non-refundable through us.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Review your LPA documents carefully before signing
- Ensure your chosen attorneys and certificate provider meet the legal requirements
- Follow the signing and witnessing requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myLPA Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of myLPA Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
