Our price includes everything you need to create your LPA: our online questionnaire, expert document review, professionally formatted documents ready for the OPG, and full support throughout the process.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, the Office of the Public Guardian charges £92 per LPA to register it. This fee is payable directly to the OPG, not to us. Some people may qualify for a reduced fee (£41) or exemption.
Who qualifies for a reduced registration fee?
If you receive certain means-tested benefits, you may be exempt from the fee. If your annual income is below £12,000, you may qualify for a 50% reduction (£41). We'll help you check your eligibility.
How does your pricing compare to solicitors?
Solicitors typically charge £300-600 per LPA, sometimes more. Our fixed pricing means you know exactly what you'll pay, with no hourly charges or hidden fees.
Can I pay in instalments?
We currently require payment upfront, but our fixed pricing keeps costs manageable. You can pay by card securely through our website.
